Louise Phaneuf, our erstwhile Editor, is always looking for interesting tidbits of news or stories that
may be of interest to a broad cross-section of our membership.
The Shackflack is published in October, December, February, and May of each year.

For the past year, we have used e-mail and the post office to distribute the Shackflack. |

Obviously it costs less to use e-mail and we try to use this method of distribution as much as possible. |

We will not mail to free e-mail accounts from hotmail, yahoo, etc. as they do not have sufficient capacity.
The Shackflack can be as big as 1 MB on occasion. |

We will only mail 1 copy of the Shackflack to a household. |
| ► |
Very often, we will send the Shackflack by e-mail to the member with a robust mail account and by
mail to his/her spouse at home. |

Interestingly, our most recent stats show that the newsletter is delivered 55 % e-mail and 45 % by mail. |
