A family membership includes all members of a household living at the same address. |

Each member can include his/her work/cell telephone number and personal e-mail address. All of the other
contact information is shared with the other members. Please include up to 5 additional family members as only
registered members receive the many benefits of our group. |

You must select a house to join, if you are joining principally for Amerigas, join
"The Gas Line". If you wish to create a new house, please contact the webmaster. If you are still unsure,
select Still Alive and put a note to this effect in the Notes section. |

Once your membership fee has been received, you will be entitled to all of our member benefits. |

If you have an e-mail address, you will receive individual membership cards in PDF format which you can print
out on your own printer. As well, you will receive our newsletter (Shackflack) by e-mail. |
